Delete Your Hug Me Dogs PetPal Account

You can ask us to delete your PetPal account and the personal data stored with it. You do not need to sign in to make this request.

What deletion removes:

  • Your account and sign-in details.
  • Your dog profiles and their details.
  • All health and care records, including seizure, medication and vet history.
  • Photos and videos you uploaded to your private storage.
  • Reminders and notification schedules.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some information may be retained where we are legally required to keep it — for example billing and tax records held by our payment provider. Any active subscription should be cancelled separately in My Plan before you request deletion.

By submitting this form you are asking us to permanently delete your PetPal account and associated personal data, subject to any legally required retention.
